How to Start Earning Points

• Once you have gained enough points, you may redeem your points into vouchers that can be used at various top shopping entities in Malta and Gozo.
• You may redeem 680 points for a 5 Euro voucher from Greens & Little Greens.
• 1000 points will entitle you to a 10 Euro voucher from any of the following outlets. Please refer to the terms and conditions specific to each outlet.

(8) Agenda Bookshop vouchers are applicable only to books, excluding textbooks and charity books. Vouchers can only be redeemed at the Ibraġġ and Gozo outlets.

Should you wish to know your points balance, you can do so by visiting the loyalty section of your account on our website or our Greens Value App.

Terms & Conditions   

LOYALTY SCHEME 

• Please note that during a sale period, outlets within the scheme have the right to give the product's value at the original price value. 
• ·To redeem your points, you must personally visit our Customer Care department with your physical Greens Value Card or the QR in your Greens App and your ID Card. 
• No vouchers will be issued without presenting both cards together, your ID card and loyalty card.
• Orders processed via third-party organizations are not eligible for points.
  
• Greens ValuePoints need to be redeemed within 13 months from the last purchase; otherwise, they will be removed. 
  
• Please note that while most products qualify for the loyalty scheme, some low-profit items do not. These products primarily include alcohol, Vapes, bread, fruits and vegetables, and local milk products. Additionally, some of the items on offer are not eligible for points.
• The vouchers issued as part of the Greens Value program are valid for 6 months from the date they are exchanged for points. After this period, vouchers will no longer be valid and cannot be reissued or replaced. We strongly encourage all customers to use their vouchers within the validity period, as external outlets will not accept expired vouchers, and copies cannot be provided once the expiry date has passed.
