Usage
Preparation of jams:
- 1 kg prepared fruits;
- 1 bag of pectine 2: 1;
- 500 g sugar.
1. Wash, peel, cut the fruit into small pieces and put it in the deep pan.
2. Mix in pectine 2: 1 with sugar and add cold fruit.
3. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes at very high, stirring constantly flame.
4.Remove the pot from the heat and stir for a minute doing dissolve the foam.
6. Evaluate the consistency of jam, then pouring it still hot in sterilized jars, close and invert to about 5 minutes.
