Frozen crops within 3 hours
The product is to be consumed after cooking. There is no need to defrost.
4 and a half minutes in the MICROWAVE.
Pour 100 g of peas, still frozen, into a container suitable for the microwave, add 4 tablespoons of water, cover with a lid and prepare the product as indicated in the table.
Once finished, remove any excesive amount of water.
4 minutes and a half on 600w and 5 minutes on 1000w
5 minutes in the POT: Pour the frozen peas into a pot with a little boiling water. Bring back to the boil and cook from that moment for 5 minutes and in any case according to your preferred cooking level.
IN A PAN: pour ml of water into a pan and bring to a boil, then add 100g of product. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Drain the water again, if any.
